World Works Urban Mayhem Hi All,
For excellent urban scenery why not check out Urban Mayhem by World Works.

They produce printable scenery ideal for Modern Horror. The prices are pretty reasonable and the good thing is you download the files as a .pdf and can print as many as you want. The other cool thing is these aren't just cardboard boxes with facings on them , they have interiors aswell and are modular so you can mix and match into almost unlimited combinations. there are even transparencies to create windows with ( see first picture below ) I've just finished the armory and have got to say I'm really pleased with it!
The site is really worth checking out. I am now starting some apartment blocks, then a garage , then a petrol station.......... so much to do , so little time!

I agree. I got a few of their sets and they are all great stuff!

Does the printed stuff end up costing almost as much as buying a plastic or even resin kit. I had a friend buy the PDFs of some city stuff and if he wasn't a graphic designer with access to a high end color printer that is able to print off on thicker paper you would have to print it all out then put it on some sort of card stock and then build it. With the price of ink cartridges and then having to shadow cut the stuff to other mediums for sturdiness you would think you would just buy something else.
Let me know what you think?

Thats what I think too, it must be a real drain on the printer, nice though

Depending on the printer, I purchased a Canon i850 due to the cost / page for full color.
There are laser printers now that are so cheap, it's cheaper to purchase the printer each time than buy the refills (which sucks). But a friend purchased a Brother laser (don't know the model, but it's recommended on the WWG site) and he's got over 500 pages printed, full color and the machine has not screamed "feed me".
Another cool thing about Cardstock is, if it gets ruined, you just print, cut, fold, glue, burnish, edge.. done. Take a piece of resin or hand made terrain and it gets ruined, your out the piece period. The Cardstock (and not just WWG, any cardstock from any maker) is cheaper in the long run because you don't have to repurchase when it dies etc.
Yea, I'm a fan of cardstock, but as a model railroader, I also make "home made" terrain as well. For wargaming though, it's Cardstock.

I have thought about going to a pro printer... it's not that expensive - 2 kr/20p a page hi-quality that I'll never be able to do at home..
