Version 2 Dead Walk Again
I have just downloaded version 2 of DWA and have to say it is very good, the original was written as a convention game wher a player(s) controlled a SWAT team. This has been expanded into a full blooded horror fest with good easy character development, some nice and easy searching rules. It uses APs and as such is easy for anyone to play.
