wow! thats fantastic stuff PM! Great job on the mounted version of the bikers! Are the bike and base the west wind ones? wow, swat truck and school bus, I'm so envious. Haven't been able to track those down :( The west wind stuff does look very nice! Much better than the pics on the website would lead you to believe. I would have got some if the postage was not so expensive...

Thanks FG :D The bikers are Em4 / Copplestone. The bikes are Hotwheels Die-cast toys ( about £0.99 each in the UK ). I gave them a quick paint over to detail them a bit ( the trike is also a hotwheels bike with a scratch built back end ). I reworked the bikers to sit on them with green stuff . I used shaved down ORK legs from GW Gorkamorka Orks as a template for the male's legs and detailed them. I got the Swat Truck off Ebay ( about $5.00 from the US ) and I picked up the school bus their aswell ( 1:48 die-cast by SUPERIOR ) which cost about the same. The Bus was originally converted for Post Apocalyptic gaming but after I saw the new Dawn of the Dead it seemed only right as a survivor's ride! :wink: I like the WestWind minis but they are not as detailed as say Hasslefree ( they are also bigger and chunkier) , they are however pretty easy to paint which is always a bonus :) Thanks again FG, I'm glad you like them. Oh...these are all excellent...you must have a great looking gaming table... I have tried (in vain) to find ANY cars that would remotely look decent with the normal sized 28-32 mm fig, and have struck out....do you have any clue what scale those are?

Wal-Mart, toy section, $2. Nice selection of moderns, including police cruisers.

Oh...these are all excellent...you must have a great looking gaming table... Thanks Supervike, glad you like them! :D There isn't a WalMart as such in the UK ( ASDA is their UK branch but is no where near as good as Walmart ) but most of my vehicles were picked up pretty cheaply ( Toys'R'Us , Ebay etc.). FG is spot on , they are all 1:43 scale ( the bus and SWAT vehicle are 1:50 scale) and are pretty easy to get hold of. The UK has a bit of a lack of decent American vehicles and i've ordered some in the past straight from the US. Regards PM

Just finished two more survivors. They're converted Copplestone Future wars miniatures ( bad guys in suits) reworked as Priests. The priest on the left has had his second pistol replaced with a Bible and the one on the right has a stake ready to strike down any unholy abominations. I'm building a Vatican Hit Squad with some more conversions in the pipeline. Regards PM
