Pappa Midnight- 01-01-2006

As promised some menu boards and some special offer posters for a burger bar. They're a bit "tamer" than my originals ( I don't want to offend any youngsters). By the way FatGoblin "AWESOME MINIS!" Cheers PM

Just added a few more Cold War Zombies. PM

can never have too much! Nice work as usual. I really like that nurse! I was intending to get the hospital pack on my next brigade games run. But I have to be good and reduce my unpainted pile a bit more first.

Pappa Midnight- 03-02-2006

Thanks FG. I'm quite pleased with the nurse aswell. I love the way Cold War "theme" their zombies. I've picked up an O scale Plasticville Hospital Building from Ebay which I'm working on ( the kit comes with interior compononents like beds , desks , operating table , life support etc ) Unfortunately it was already assembled with the interior done as display piece for a doctor's reception and it needs reworking a bit. I'll post some pics when it's done. PM

fatgoblin- 03-02-2006

ah, can you take a quick pic as it is now? I've been wondering what the thing looks like and can't find a picture of it

Pappa Midnight- 03-19-2006

The Hospital is in my attic ( with loads of other unfinished projects!). I'll dig it out and take some pics. Cheers PM

I came across this site, http://www.plasticvilleusa.org/plasticville/home.html does it look like this? http://www.plasticvilleusa.org/plasticville/pics/city/hospital2.jpg seems like they made all sorts of really cool stuff back then. Shame so many of them are no longer in production

Pappa Midnight- 03-28-2006

Hi FG, Yep that's the one. Sorry I took so long to dig it out of the attic. The doors are a little big for 28mm but Hey I picked it up on Ebay for next to nothing! :D Below is a ColdWar Zombie in the doorway to give an idea of scale. I'm going to repaint it and get rid of the "Plasticville" logo ( I think "Cadaver County General" has a better sound to it. PM

I think Eerie was after the "Fat Zombie" aka Ghoul King by Reaper minis. I've just finished him ( just needs varnishing ). He is a real monster and will make an ideal "Boss". mmmmmmm.......... Tastes like chicken! PM

fatgoblin- 03-28-2006

sigh, I really shoud start looking at ebay. Looks like lots of good stuff... The doors look alright after you take into account the base. The plasticville signage is a bit of a downer for me too, I debated whether to get rid of it on my diner but in the end was just too lazy... that ghoul king you did is gorgeous! The blood splat is great! how big is it? about a head taller?

Eerie- 03-29-2006

Yep... got it quite a while ago and am still in the process of converting it. Hopefully i will be able to get some painting done during spring break and gets some more stuff posted.

Pappa Midnight- 05-15-2006

Hi All, I've had a little break from painting ( Real life gets in the way!!) so I decided to paint some more of my zombies to get me back in the swing. Yet more Cold War Zombies! Only a few left to paint ( I WISH!) Regards PM
