My Zombie Project
Someone on another forum suggested that I post this here as well. This is a link to my current project - it will be based in Canada, so all of the police cars are RCMP or something else equally Canadian. :) I hope you enjoy! http://new.photos.yahoo.com/wal88888/album/576460762348201223 Wally

Nice looking project, which figures are you using for your SWAT team?

Pappa Midnight- 11-28-2006

Hi Wally, Nice to see you on Eerie Horror. I would love to see your work in progress for your project. What rules are you using? Are you going to scratch build your base or use "Tiles"? I've used an old set of Space Hulk tiles before for an underground infestation. If you're looking at using tiles these are pretty good: http://www.stones-edges.com/scifi/orbital Regards PM

Thanks for posting this Wally, it is always good to add to the Zombie fest :) I would be interested in knowing what rules you are planning on too cheers Lowtardog

yup, those are some nice stuff! those swat looks like foundry

Wallyocerous- 12-03-2006

The SWAT figures are indeed Foundry - I painted them around 4 years ago, so they're not up to my current standards. I am using Hirst Arts for the underground complex - it's the Starship range, but a lot of it should look like what I'm going for. Haven't really given much thought to rules - mainly in the building and painting stage now. I'm casting up blocks like crazy! :) I'm glad you guys have taken an interest in my project - some of you, especially Fatgoblin and Pappa Midnight, have given me the inspiration to do this, so thank YOU!!! :D I've updated my photos with the last of the Russian NBC troops and the -*test*-('") decal-ing of my radioactive barrels. The pictures are better on the barrels since discovering the use of the Macro mode. Your feedback is welcome and appreciated! Wally

Nice figures! Is that a set of Steve Barber's Jason & the Argonauts figures I spot in the background?

Wallyocerous- 12-03-2006

The Hydra in the background was a figure I picked up on sale at the local hobby store. I can't remember who makes it, but it's not Steve Barber. It was some sort of "collector's edition" figs. I'll check on it the next time I'm in the store.

I have uploaded some pictures of the Russian Mil-24 Hind gunship, two RCMP officers and two bugmen. Thanks for looking! http://new.photos.yahoo.com/wal88888/album/576460762348201223 Wally

i don't know if I am doing something wrong but I don't seem to be seeing the newer pictures? I see 26 photos, are there suppose to be more?

auton- 12-11-2006

Nope I can't see the new ones either

fatgoblin- 12-11-2006

the odd thing is that if you go to the root directory, it says 45 photos, but if you go to the radiation zombie folder it is only 26. bizzare! oh, I just noticed you are the guy that printed the zombie plague board. I remember seeing that somewhere, probably the yahoo group. Thats very cool!

Wallyocerous- 12-11-2006

GAH!!!! :( I think the photos take a day from when I actually upload them until you can actually see them. Stupid yahoo.... Keep checking, as I've just added a few more photos tonight - so you'll probably be able to see them tomorrow. Glad you like the ZP board fatgoblin! It's a fun game to play with the non-wargamer pals.
