impressive zombie set-ups To me, having nice terrain is a huge part of having a great zombie game. And after the exchanges with Papa M I thought I would share with you two zombie set ups that really impressed me in case you guys have not seen them before.
First up is a recent one, I saw this massive table just recently in a photo gallery for Little Wars 2006. In it were a few pics of a All Things Zombie game that was running. The amount of plastic kits there was phenominal, as was the scale of the thing! Pics are scattered about the gallery so check out the next few pages of pics too

Second is one I saw late last year which was the one that really inspired me to go get some plastic kits to augment my buildings. This on a website called Reconaissance in Force, but I don't really know all that much about them. The amount of buildings is huge as well (but not as many as the one above). But what sets this appart from other set-ups is the fantastic paint job and customing they did to them. Also, the kind fellows took nice big clear photos of their games which I appreciate alot! (and really funny battle report too!) Click on the Wastelands and Trailer Parks link to the left to check them out.

Now THAT's WHAT I CALL A GAMES TABLE! ( Little Wars). I bet it's a real pain trying to move figures in the centre of the table!!
I've seen the Recon in Force stuff before ( I've got their Skank Ruleset) but forgot just how good it was!
I definitely need to sort out space in my spare room ( or move house!)
Thanks for sharing,

"O" scale is about 1:43 ( I believe US O scale is 1:48) which is bigger than 28mm. I think the closest you can get is "S" scale but it's hard to find suitable kits in this scale!
The thing with a lot of plastic railway kits is the say they are "O" scale but when compared to a based 28mm they look OK. The same is true of a lot of 1:43 die-cast cars.
You have to be careful with some kits because scale " Give-aways" like doors may be huge ( You can get around this with some minor modelling).
I've found Bachmann stuff pretty good and have ordered some buildings by a company called "Walthers" which make some really cool "O" scale buildings. Unfortunately the US is the best place to pick them up so I tend to get stung for shipping costs.
Hope that's of some help!

Was the laptop supposed to be a drive in? That's pretty cool.
