HLBS Modern Horror : 1:48 scale Modern Zombies
Hlbs have started producing a range of 1:48 scale Modern Horror miniatures. So far mostly zombies with a few female survivors. I know they're 1:48 scale but I'm thinking of buying a few to paint and display. http://www.hlbs.co.uk/series.php?id=37 Regards PM

So how much bigger than our 28mm will they end up being?

A little TOO big to mix with 28mm!! I've got some "Project X " minis from Northstar miniatures and they're 36mm tall. I don't think I would use them for gaming but they would make nice display pieces. I suppose they could be used for small scale skirmish stuff ( a few minis a side) but my buildings would be a tad out of scale. O scale rail model buildings ( like Bachmann ) should be pretty good however. Vehicles wouldn't be a problem as 1/43 diecast stuff looks pretty much spot on. Regards PM

On the ZP3 group the guys were saying they are 36mm which puts them too tall for 28mm gaming and not quite big enough to go with the Jim Bowen Disurbia Ranges? They do look nice but wonder if they have missed the boat
