Thanks Paul! :D

Those are some seriously well painted figures... wish yall lived closer where we could get together for some zombie killin fun.

I'M NOT WORTHY!!!! Seriously cool minis FG! I haven't got any hasslefree minis yet . How do they look with the Cold War stuff scale wise? I use converted Hero Clix as my hunters and although a little big they don't look too bad. Regards PM

Thanks for the kind comments! :D Hasslefree is just right for Cold War zombies. Here is a comparison pic for you http://www.displacedminiatures.com/fatgoblin/image.aspx?image_id=10009&from=Miniature%20Comparisons Since I took out the camera, on the extreme right is a sneak peek of one of the zombiesmith zombies I did, which is a touch bigger. I'm going to do a zombie comparison pic of all the different ones I own when I get my eureka zombies in a few weeks time.

And here is another HF one, Mad-Dog. I'm not that happy with it to be honest, and all the more dissappointed cause I like the mini quite a bit. The colours all look more flat than I would have prefered. Oh well. I am quite happy with the base though :) The rubber ducky came from eureka.

Yikes! I think he's more disturbing than your zombies! Which would I prefer to face in a dark alley.. A hoard of ravenous undead or a guy with an axe wearing nothing but a fireman's helmet and his underwear?! I can't really see why your not pleased with him, he scares the crap out of me! Excellent work FG ! Thanks for the comparison with the HF minis I'll definitely be adding some to my collection.

Thanks PM! I guess he is starting to grow on me! I love the sculpt like I said so wanted it to be fantastic. I guess I set the bar higher for him and failed to reach it thats all. Do go get some HF minis! They are a pleasure to deal with and the figures are top notch. But you might want to wait for the January figures to be released though so you can pick up these two beauts! http://www.heresyminiatures.com/forumofdoom/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=1861&start=34 http://www.heresyminiatures.com/forumofdoom/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=1942&highlight=

Have been working on these figures from zombiesmith on and off for a few weeks now whenever I could grab some free time, and what with those HF queue jumpers popping in. Anyway, its finally done. Gosh they are gory!

Pappa Midnight- 01-04-2006

Nope. Mad-Dog still scares me more! More cool work FG. Thanks for sharing!

oh come on! He is harmless! :P

I breezed through this Cold War zombie pack in record time. Took about what I usually take to paint 2 miniatures to get this lot of 5 done. The very limited palette I used helped too, everyone ended up with the sameish colours!

Eerie- 01-07-2006

Very nice once again... I start painting my Zombie Hunters tomorrow hopefully... hope they turn out as good as yours did.

I have to agree the cold war minitures are a dream to paint
