even more gruesome, the (relatively) new eureka zombies. ugh! They are really fine minis but gosh they are gruesome. This lot was painted in record time too! Even faster than the cold war one before. Oh, and the gallery for my gaming group is alive again after a brief death. You can visit it here http://wargames.spyz.org/__napnuts/albums.php and here is my modern horror section, which is mainly zombies and survivors at the moment. http://wargames.spyz.org/__napnuts/album191

Now they are really "Bad to The Bone!". They're so rotten I can almost smell them from here!......... Still not quite as scary as Mad Dog  More excellent work FG :D PM

Thank again! :D but I tell you, Mad Dog is totally harmless! he just needs some love!

I recently painted a plastic Diner kit from Backmann and was comparing it with the paper terrain I made last time. Then I thought since I took out everything I might as well take a photo with my zombies to share with you guys. Have fun! http://static.flickr.com/19/100420334_07d7d16455_o.jpg http://static.flickr.com/29/100420335_c502c73bb9_o.jpg

A huge mob of frightened zombies being backed up against that Diner away from Mad Dog. Even the cheerleader has climbed on the roof in fear of that mad axeman in his underwear! Seriously FG that's really nice work! I love the way the zombies are all different but look amazing as a hoard. The Diner is really cool. I've got a few bits from Bachmann but it can be a bit hit or miss with scale ( doors etc). The Diner appears spot on for scale and blends in really well with the other buildings. Excellent job! :D PM

Played with my zombies today! Our regularly scheduled weekend wargame was canceled due to the host not being available so I suggested to host a zombie game. Here are some pics from the game! A friend brought 10 zombies so together there was 50 of the dead things on table by the end of the game. http://wargames.spyz.org/__napnuts/album210

Thanks for that. I now have miniature city envy!!! Amazing set up FG. It all works together really well. Just for interest what rules do you use? I use different rule sets and can't really decide which I like most . Currently I've played Savage Worlds (my own Showdown stuff:a hybrid of Modern Ops and Rippers ), All Things Zombie, The Dead Will Walk ,ShockForce2, Road Kill and even a variation of Frag! PM

we used the street fight rules, free from foundry http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/collections/SV/index.asp (bottom of page) Its a generic urban street skirmish that I added zombie rules to. the rules were stuffed a bit cause it was really hard to kill the zombies. It uses card activation with a joker that causes a reshuffle and one of the poor fellas kept missing out on turns... That was the two main problem with the game. Going to try to tinker with it a bit before the next game. My rules experience is very poor so my friends will have to help me a bit with that. The game was set up kinda in the last minute so it wasn't thought through very well

Not a bad job FG............ No, seriously that is an awesome bit of painting! I really like the flesh tone and the shadowing on the shaved head. First Class work ( AGAIN!) :D PM

thanks! That bald head was a bit intimidating initially. But it turned out ok!

Here is Amazon's bad kids pack for their christmas line. A few juve street kids for my zombie games  as before, click on the pic for a larger one These look a bit better in the photo than in real life. I was going to pump them out relatively quickly (plus I developed a bit of a headache in the middle of painting the girls...) so did not take as great a care in painting them.

All kinds of stuff.... as before, click on the pic for a larger one First up is Suzi and Alyx from Hasslefree I painted for the Wyrd minis painting competition. Next is Alice with rabbit I did for the Fozzbozz hasslefree painting comp A bunch of zombiesmith zombies A pair of kids from Hasslefree, Peter and Kaite Two more from eM-4. The John Major lookalike is actually a WIP from over a year ago. I did the head and hands and stopped. So I just finished it up. lastly is this two zombie kids from zombiesmith. I actually got them for nothing! When I bought my zombiesmith pack, they very kindly threw them in free of charge. I thought it would be cute to paint them in bright colours but turned out it was kinda creepy.... :(
