City Terrain
As most of you know since I keep going on about it, I make my own scenery for my zombie games (and others). There's galleries of my buildings on my Displaced Miniatures page http://www.displacedminiatures.com/Matakishi/galleries.aspx and now there's a pdf I've put together with full instructions available for free download from here: http://rattrap-productions.com/PulpHeroes/Downloads/Downloads.html Hopefully some of you will find it interesting and/or useful :D

Awesome stuff Matakishi and being cork you wont scratch the dining room table ;0) Seriously how do you get a clean cut I found I went through lots of blades and getting a straight cut was a nightmare?

WOW! And this comes from a guy that used to make historical buildings for the public... I really liked the tutorial and will try this out in the near future. I have never used the cork board but think that it would work just great. I have already started the thinking process of some kewl new buildings to do in the future.

I already said so on TMP but I'll say its great again! Nice to see that you seem to have gotten bolder and more confident in the new buildings! BTW, I just saw a gallery of photos from Hammerhead 2006. It has a nice waterside terrain for street violence. Have a look http://www.hammerhead.org.uk/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=5&page=6 I thought the beach looked quite nice and I'm going to steal the death marker idea!

Very nice layout for the beach. I have the body counters, a guy posted them on the Two Hour Wargames site. They're excellent for modern games. contact me at matakishi@btinternet.com if you want me to send you the image file.

thanks for the offer but I think I will just blob some red paint and draw out the figure with liquid paper I'll give it a go. If it turns out poorly, I'll email you.... :D

Hi after being inspired by the terrain machine (winks at matakishi) Ive been on a merry spending trip today to buy the materials. Cork tiles in B and Q were reduced and they were the thicker 4mm ones. 9 in a pack for £2.96. BARGAIN! I also bought a massive sheet of hardboard for £2.87 and had it cut into 150 by 150 blocks ....and the guy forgot to tell me how much cutting was and therefore I got the cutting done for free. I have enough for metrpolis now alright. lol. Me and my better half are going to try making the apartment block tonight!!! Thanks for the info Matakisi.... :D
